A chance to dress up in 1920s style was fun for quite a few patrons of Baycourt, Tauranga last week when the Great Gatsby Christmas Revue put on a sing and dance performance.  The voices were good with a cabaret style show – however I felt the lighting could have been better and microphone malfunctions did not enhance the performance.  Possibly more cabaret dancers may have made this more exciting.

But the rendition of Mr Bojangles with the mime/dance done at the same time was the best I’ve ever heard of that song.
