At Cleveland there is the Redland Art Gallery which at the time of my visit at end of July 2016 had a very interesting exhibition of Yunggaire weavers’ baskets, raffia and shells and other fibre products.  This is not my favourite art exhibition but does portray local works, and shows how even washed up ‘waste’ can be integrated into practical everyday products as well as artworks.
