A stunning original Aston Greathead oil painting of walkers on a road into the Southern Alps. This has great brush strokes and draws you into the walk the people are taking.
A larger artwork, 1 metre x 71 cm, this work has very minor damage to the frame only, hardly noticeable. I feel it would benefit from a change in frame – to something like the one I put onto the ‘Saltwater Creek’ Aston Greathead I have in my own collection – a flat grey oak style frame instead of the heavy deeper frame on this artwork now. This can have a dramatic change on the artwork and may depend on the home it is placed into.
