According to R H Bolton (as signed on artwork) this is a picture of the river Wye in Rhayader, mid Wales. The picture is a high quality print produced by a french company called Delta Prints (no longer in production).
A beautiful intricate river bank scene in greens and greys. Needs to be seen to believe the detail.
